The 3-Month Health Warrior Program

What the Program Includes

  • 12 fifty-minute health and life coaching sessions:

    • A 90-minute comprehensive health review: 
      We'll go over your intake forms, health history, labs, past protocols, and goals. Next, I'll share insights into any missing links I see in your healing. We'll order any additional labwork necessary to uncover hidden root causes and create a custom plan that you'll implement over the next 3 months.

    • 5 holistic health coaching sessions:  We'll do regular check-in's as you implement your care plan to ensure you're staying on track with your goals and adjust as necessary.

    • 6 life coaching sessions: I'll help you navigate the challenges of living with a chronic illness and work through any emotional, relational, financial, or mindset blocks keeping you from moving forward.

  • Access to my 6 Levels of Healing Online Assessment 

  • Support & accountability between sessions

How It Works

  • Health Coaching: Together we'll work on lowering your overall toxic burden, boosting your immune system, addressing nutritional deficiencies and genetic mutations, optimizing diet, sleep, and environment, balancing hormones, and optimizing your thyroid function. 
     

  • Life Coaching: While you implement your 3 month care plan, we'll meet weekly to help you navigate the challenges of living with a chronic illness. We'll alternate between health and life coaching sessions for a holistic approach to healing, leaving no stone unturned. 
     

  • Booking: You'll receive an booking link that will help us keep track of your sessions while giving you the convenience of booking a time that works best for your schedule.
     

  • Sessions: We'll meet by phone each week and you'll receive a follow up email outlining your weekly action steps and a summary of anything else we discussed.  

The Program Steps

First, we'll meet for a 90-minute comprehensive case review to go over your intake forms, health history, labs, and goals then discuss potential missing links in your recovery and create a custom care plan.

IDENTIFY MISSING LINKS

Next, we'll set you up for success by identifying your warrior qualities that'll help you stay motivated along your healing journey. Trust me - this is a super powerful exercise! 

2.

WARRIOR CHALLENGE

Next, you'll take my 6 Levels of Healing online assessment to bring awareness to any blocks getting in the way of your healing. This assessment will blow your mind!

3.

IDENTIFY ROADBLOCKS

Next, we'll review any new labwork ordered in session 1, assess your progress, and adjust your plan as needed. We'll focus on boost energy, immunity, mood, cognition, hormone health, liver function, etc.

4.

HEALTH CHECK-IN

Next, we'll do an assessment of your commitments and responsibilities and brainstorm ways to fill in the gaps while you prioritize your healing. We'll create a self care regimen and weekly routine to ensure you stay on track while avoiding burn out. 

5.

CREATE A SELF-CARE ROUTINE

We'll discuss your progress, any challenges that have come up, make changes as necessary, and help you keep you moving forward.

6.

HEALTH CHECK-IN

Next, we'll help you process and manage the challenges of chronic illness in healthy ways while ensuring that you avoid any self-sabotaging behaviors. 

7.

DEVELOP HEALTHY COPING METHODS

We'll check in on how you're doing and strategize on adding in the next layer of healing.

8.

HEALTH CHECK-IN

Next, we'll discuss your relationships and how to set healthy boundaries. We'll also discuss how to guard you heart from killjoys like comparison. 

9.

SET BOUNDARIES

We'll check in and discuss your progress and any challenges that have come up on your plan, and make changes as needed to keep you moving forward.

10.

HEALTH CHECK-IN

Lastly we'll identify the things that make you come alive and discover ways that you can begin turning your pain into purpose.

11.

TURN YOUR PAIN TO PURPOSE

Lastly, we'll celebrate your progress and develop strategies to ensure that you continue making progress while reducing your chances of relapse. 

12.

CREATE YOUR RESILIENCY PLAN

At any point throughout the program you want to go deeper into emotional and inner healing, I'll connect you with an EFT practitioner who will offer you a tapping session complimentary!
